bdgil Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and bdgil ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered by bdgil, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you have registered.

bdgil operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All amounts referenced on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The platform is accessible via browser on any internet-connected device. No software installation is required to access or use bdgil services. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bdgil and should be read alongside these Terms.

To register and use bdgil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. bdgil reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of location within Bangladesh.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Registrations on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account with bdgil. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have otherwise indicated a desire to be excluded from online gambling activity.

3. Account Registration and Management

Creating an account with bdgil is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password, and such additional information as bdgil may require for identity verification purposes. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on bdgil are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdgil supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank card methods (Visa and Mastercard). No foreign currency transactions are accepted. bdgil does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though bdgil reserves the right to apply account-level deposit controls where appropriate.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bdgil reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected of originating from fraudulent activity.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed upon request, provided no wagers have been placed using those funds.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to an alternative verified account held in your name.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). bdgil will not process withdrawal requests for unverified accounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• bdgil reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdgil offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available. Where there is any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a second welcome bonus from a second account constitutes a breach of the one-account rule and will result in forfeiture of both bonuses.
• bdgil reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in play at the time of the change.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or converted to real money without meeting the applicable wagering requirement. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all game play and sports betting conducted on the bdgil platform. In cases of dispute, bdgil's decision regarding the outcome of any wager or game event shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are final from the moment of confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault or error affecting a game outcome, bdgil reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to the event commencing. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface and are subject to change without notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdgil is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. The following tools and restrictions form part of the bdgil platform and are available to all registered account holders at no cost.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a chosen period of continuous play, prompting them to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who feels that gaming is causing harm may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 day and 12 months. During self-exclusion, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Permanent closure: Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may request permanent account closure. This action is irreversible. bdgil will return any verified balance to the player's registered payment method before closure is finalised.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdgil platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotion mechanics, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using gaming activity to disguise the origin of illicit funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with bdgil's support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes without limitation any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if bdgil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdgil makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. bdgil will endeavour to notify registered users of planned maintenance in advance where possible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdgil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the contact details held on their account with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of bdgil following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
